I am Maria Eugenia

It all started when I decided to change my style to one that was more related to my work and profession.

I remember thinking during that transition… Why, if I am so good at what I do, why don’t I get a leadership position, because they see me as too young?

He was 29 years old, and had occasionally gone to the office in jeans.

It is then that, making a change, I began to adopt a more formal and elegant style, which would be useful and easy to combine in my day to day life. It is at this point that I could not find a bag that harmonized with this more professional image, because the bags that were on the market were very adolescent, very old ladies, disposable, very casual, with low quality materials, etc.

Until one day...

…I found a bag that I loved, but it was not in Peru but in a European country, and it took a long time to arrive. When I finally had it, I fell in love, it was “Made in Italy”, in genuine leather.

From that moment on, I began to research Italian craftsmanship, its tradition, its exquisite finishes, its dazzling history. I fell more in love. The day came when I took a break from work, allowed myself a vacation, went to several cities and towns in Italy. I visited several artisans, and that experience stirred in me that taste for beautiful costume models and accessories that I used to admire when I was a child watching the fashion magazines my mother used to buy. So, I chose several lovely models and embarked on this project:

…after having appreciated, touched, observed the handbags of the most iconic brands in the world – for I visited all their stores (Hermes, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Dior, Chanel, Versace, etc.) – I can testify that Vittoria Di Lusso’s handbags have nothing to envy them.)- I can testify that Vittoria Di Lusso bags have nothing to envy them, because they are of as good workmanship and quality as those; and sometimes more, because we use only genuine leather for the manufacture of our bags, which means that they can last a lifetime with good care.

And so, since I improved my image, my professional life took a new direction: I reached leadership roles and discovered a new world of professional possibilities, feeling recognized and confident in every step I took. Today, with Vittoria Di Lusso, I want to share this experience with you.
